There is pure time and contaminated time.

Contaminated time is when you're doing multiple things at one time. Pure time is when you're focused on just one thing.

Contaminated time will steal your happiness. It will steal your focus and your drive.

Pure time is mindfulness. It is patience, and focus, and really, taking joy in the things you do.

Strive for pure time as often as possible.
